Quality

We manufacture high quality machined parts, specifically mechanical seals, to a tolerance of 5 microns. We pride ourselves on the fact that, in over twenty years of business, we have had very few late jobs or rejections. Any that do occur are generally due to exceptional circumstances which are immediately rectified by a conversation with the customer. K.White Engineering and Engraving Ltd is ISO 9001 accredited and has a fully equipped Inspection Department with annual calibration to BS150 EN9001: 2015. Our Business Management System which covers areas such as Quality Control, Tooling and Office Systems ensures that we are consistent and accurate in all aspects of our business processes.

Efficiency

We are a small team who all communicate well. There are few hierarchies and no departmental barriers. We are all aware of the work-in-progress jobs and what jobs are planned. This results in excellent time and accuracy efficiencies and the ability to be flexible and responsive to customer’s requirements

Whether you are a first-time buyer or one of our long-established customers, whether you want just a single prototype or you want batch call-offs over a period of months - our team will be highly responsive to your requirements. We listen and respond quickly to our customers at every part of the buying process from initial contact through quotation, order acknowledgement, manufacture, shipping, payment and after sales.

The team at K.White Engineering & Engraving believe that there is no space in business for unachievable promises. Good business relationships are built on trust. If we can’t make something - we’ll tell you at the initial contact stage. If we can’t deliver to your time schedules - we’ll tell you at the quotation time. We endeavour to do what we say and not to make promises we can’t deliver on.
